E-Cloth Review and Giveaway!

I got in touch with E-Cloth because it seemed like they had a really intriguing line of cleaning products. They sell reusable cloths that are to be used with water only.... no chemicals. Immediately I thought of my big glass door that my daughter loves to put her mouth all over. I hate to clean it because I know whatever I put on there is going to end up being sucked on by her. So I clean it and then wipe it down several times with water on a paper towel. You can imagine how hideously streaked the door is, but I suppose streaks are better than giant slobbery mouth marks!

I decided to give the Glass and Polishing Cloth from E-Cloth a try, not totally convinced that just water would get all the drool off the door and make my door shine. But... it did! The door was completely streak free and there were no traces of slime! And the best part was that I only had to wipe it down once. I knew when I walked away that there was nothing on the door that could be bad for my daughter.

The textures of the cloths are very different.

I also received a General Purpose cloth that has been incredibly useful in my kitchen. I was shocked by how well it cleaned my stove top. I really can't wrap my head around how this cloth and water perform as well, or better in some cases, then chemical cleaning products. I read all about it, and seems to just come down the way the cloth is made with it's microfibers. I'm not going to think about it too much because anything that helps eliminate chemicals in my house is welcome!

I also love that the cloths can be used over and over. I've talked a lot about my efforts to "Go Green" and this definitely fits the bill. I would use several paper towels a day just wiping down my kitchen counter. Now all I use is my General Purpose E-Cloth. Now I need to get the Electronics Cloth for my husband!!
