Chicken Soup for the Soul: Angels Among Us

My Thoughts:
The question, do angels exist, is one that can cause a lot of reflection and thought. For me, I think my heart depends on the belief that angels do exist. Not only that they exist, but that when my loved ones pass away they will become an angel. And that those angels, the ones we love so dear, will be among us. That they will know what we're doing, how we're doing. That they can still be a part of our lives. That they can hear us when we talk to them. I need to have that hope and faith.
This book made me even a little more hopeful. Reading about real people.... some who believed in angels and some who didn't.... feel the presence of angels around them in one way or another. It makes you stop and think about life and how there just might be more to it then what we know. And to appreciate the little miracles in life.
I always enjoy the Chicken Soup for the Soul books because the stories are written by all different people from all different walks of life with their own stories to tell. They stories are short and endearing. This one in particular left me with tears in my eyes from some of the stories. It really is like a nice warm bowl of soup to warm your soul.
