Since my daughter's First Birthday Party was a cupcake theme I knew that I had to have the adorable cupcake hate from Sew Cute Sweets! The cupcake is done beautifully and is very sturdy. I was worried that the candle would be floppy, but it definitely isn't. On the front of the cupcake I had them put "Happy First Birthday." The writing is clear and bright. There is an elastic strap that makes it easy to get on and off. I will eventually cut the elastic so that she can use it in her play kitchen.

I love how unique this product is. So many moms were asking where I got it and commenting on how cute it was. It's so much better than using the paper hats, and it lasts forever as a toy. This will be a special keepsake for her to remember her first birthday!
