I find it really hard to stick to resolutions, even when it is something I really want to do. I also find it hard to judge my progress when it's not measurable. Sure, I could track my progress on losing 20 pounds by 2013. But how am I doing making healthier choices? And what could I be doing more of to make my resolution more successful?
